Unfortunately I leave the WG on 15.03. for a stay abroad, so the room will be free without notice. The room is furnished (bed, desk, desk chair, sofa, cabinet) (the deposit will expire on 350 euros)

The room is the second largest of the WG and has 17 m2, overall the WG has 84 m2.

The apartment has two large halls, a kitchen (incl. dishwasher and washing machine), a small bathroom (incl. window & bathtub) and a total of three bedrooms.
The kitchen is fully equipped & the vinyl floor is relatively new.

Location
The situation could almost not be better, right on Wolbeckerstraße.
There are several shops on this street (Rewe, DM, net), several small shops ( hairdressers, bicycle shops or flower shops) and various restaurants.

You are on foot or by bike very fast at the promenade and from there very quickly in the rest of Münster.
The main railway station can be reached within 4 minutes on foot.
The channel is also only 5 minutes away by bike.



WG life
Tobi (28) and Jacob (24). Tobi studies industrial engineering and is the WG craftsman. He always makes a good mood and with him you can talk about almost everything. Besides, he's a world class padel player.
Jakob studies engineering in the master and loves racing.

We are all very tidy and would like to continue with this. WG parties are more celebrated less.

Ich verlasse die WG leider am 15.03. für einen Auslandsaufenthalt die WG, daher wird das Zimmer unbefristet frei. Das Zimmer wird möbliert vergeben (Bett, Schreibtisch, Schreibtischstuhl, Sofa, Schrank) (die Abschlagszahlung wird auf 350 Euro hinauslaufen)

Das Zimmer ist das zweitgrößte der WG und hat 17 m², insgesamt hat die WG 84 m².

Die Wohnung hat zwei große Flure, eine Küche (inkl. Spühl- und Waschmaschine), ein kleines Bad (inkl. Fenster & Badewanne) und insgesamt drei Schlafzimmer.
Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet & der Vinyl-Boden ist relativ neu.

Nebenkosten ca. 56€ (Strom, Wasser GEZ...)

Lage
Die Lage könnte fast nicht besser sein, direkt auf der Wolbeckerstraße.
Auf dieser Straße finden sich mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Rewe, DM, Netto), mehrere kleine Läden (Friseure, Fahrrad- oder Blumenläden) und diverse Restaurants.

Man ist zu Fuß oder mit dem Rad sehr schnell an der Promenade und von dort aus sehr schnell im Rest von Münster.
Der Hauptbahnhof lässt sich innerhalb von 4 min zu Fuß erreichen.
Der Kanal ist auch nur 5 min mit dem Rad entfernt.



WG-Leben
In der WG wohnen Tobi (28) und Jakob (24). Tobi studiert Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen und ist der WG- Handwerker. Er sorgt immer für gute Laune und mit ihm kann man sich über fast alles unterhalten. Außerdem ist er ein Weltklasse Padel spieler.
Jakob studiert Bauingenieurwesen im Master und liebt das Rennradfahren.

Wir sind insgesamt sehr ordentlich und würden das auch gerne so weiter erhalten. WG-Partys werden eher weniger gefeiert.
