Hallo Wohnungssuchende!

Da ich mein Studium beendet habe und bald zurück in meine Heimat Indien ziehe, wird mein Zimmer in unserer tollen 7er-WG frei. Ich wäre ehrlich gesagt wahnsinnig gerne noch länger geblieben, da ich hier eine wirklich fantastische Zeit hatte, aber für mich geht es nun zurück nach Hause.

Das Zimmer & die WG:

Ausstattung: Das Zimmer ist komplett möbliert. Du kannst also ganz entspannt anreisen und direkt mit deinem Koffer einziehen!

Gemeinschaftsräume: Zur gemeinsamen Nutzung stehen uns eine moderne Einbauküche sowie zwei Badezimmer zur Verfügung.

Unser Vibe: Die WG ist sehr multikulturell und wir freuen uns riesig auf Mitbewohner aller Nationalitäten.

Lage & Anbindung:
Unsere WG liegt in Scheidt. In der Kaiserstraße gibt es ein paar nette Restaurants. Bars gibt es hier zwar nicht direkt, aber die Anbindung in die Stadt ist super: Der Bahnhof Scheidt ist nur 7 Gehminuten von unserem Haus entfernt. Von dort aus bist du mit dem Zug in ca. 5 Minuten am Saarbrücker Hauptbahnhof. Dort gibt es unzählige Ausgehmöglichkeiten und die Züge fahren auch nachts verlässlicher als die Busse!

Kosten & Formales:

All-inclusive: Die Nebenkosten beinhalten bereits Heizung, Strom, Wasser und Internet. Du musst also keine nervigen zusätzlichen Verträge abschließen.

Wichtig: Die erste Miete als auch die Kaution müssen erst bei Einzug bezahlt werden. Es werden vorher keine Kosten fällig!

Since I have finished my studies and am moving back home to India, my lovely room in our 7-person flatshare is becoming available soon. I honestly would have loved to stay longer because I had such a wonderful time living here, but it's time for me to head back.

The Room & Flat:

Furnishing: The room is fully furnished. You don’t need to worry about buying furniture and can move in straight away with just your suitcase!

Shared Spaces: A modern shared kitchen and two bathrooms are available for everyone to use.

Flat Vibe: Our flatshare is very multicultural, and we warmly welcome all nationalities!

Location & Commute:
We are located in Scheidt. You can find a couple of restaurants nearby, mostly on Kaiserstraße. While there are no bars directly in the neighborhood, reaching the city center is super easy: Scheidt's train station is only a 7-minute walk from our house, and the train ride to Saarbrücken Main Station takes about 5 minutes. There you’ll find numerous options for going out, and the trains are also more active than buses at night!

Costs & Admin:

All-inclusive: The rent includes heating, electricity, water, and internet. This means you don't need to set up any additional contracts.

Important: The first month's rent and the security deposit are only due upon move-in. No costs will be charged in advance!

Unser WG-Leben:
In einer 7er-WG ist immer etwas los, aber wir legen großen Wert auf ein entspanntes und rücksichtsvolles Miteinander. Die Küche ist das absolute Herzstück unserer Wohnung – hier treffen wir uns oft spontan, kochen zusammen (ich werde unsere gemeinsamen indischen Dinner sehr vermissen!) oder lassen den Tag bei einem gemütlichen Plausch ausklingen. Gleichzeitig gilt bei uns die goldene Regel: Eine geschlossene Zimmertür wird immer respektiert, wenn man mal Zeit für sich oder zum Lernen braucht. Damit bei so vielen Leuten alles rund läuft, haben wir einen fairen Putzplan, an den sich alle halten.

Living in a 7-person flatshare means there's always life in the house, but we highly value a relaxed and considerate atmosphere. The kitchen is the absolute heart of our home – we often meet there spontaneously, cook together (I am really going to miss our shared Indian dinners!), or just unwind and chat about our day. At the same time, our golden rule is that a closed room door is always respected whenever someone needs privacy or time to study. To keep things running smoothly with so many people, we have a fair cleaning schedule that everyone follows.
