Das schöne Zimmer ist Teil einer 3-Zimmer-Wohnung in einem Mehrfamilienhaus. Das Haus befindet sich in bester Lage in der Parksiedlung von Stuttgart Möhringen. Das Grundstück hat einen schönen gepflegten Garten sowohl auf der Südseite und auf der Nordseite des Gebäudes mit schönen alten Bäumen. Die Wohnung und das freundliche helle Zimmer liegt im 2.OG. In der Wohnung befindet sich ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne, WC und Waschbecken. Das Badezimmer hat ein Fenster. Das Zimmer ist ausgestattet mit einem Einzelbett, Kleiderschrank, und verschiedenen Accessoires. Zum Zimmer gehört die Nutzung der Küche. Diese ist ausgestattet mit einem Tisch, Stühlen, eine neuwertige Einbauküche mit Ceranherd, Backofen, Dunstesse, Kühl-Gefrierschrank, Microwelle, Kaffeemaschine und ein Wasserkocher.
