Hi there!
Unfortunately, I'm moving to another city for business and my dear flatmates are looking for a new person. :)
Please read the "ALL" advertisement (Flatshare Type, Miscellaneous, Room, Location), if you are interested in this nice room and atmosphere. :)
Our apartment has 3 bedrooms, a huge sunny furnished living room, great to gather up and have dinner (large dining table and a smaller coffee table with 3 sofas). It also has a furnished good-sized kitchen with all you might need and 2 bathrooms/toilettes ,1 with a bath (so two people shares 1 bathroom/toilet, not three). So, it's really great that you don't have to bump into each other in the morning.
And...You should also see our lovely garden, which is amazing during summer! ;)
Last but not least, the meetings with the new flatmate candidates will take place starting from the "7th" of September and we will be able to reply to your messages in a few days earliest.

About size: The room is approximately 12.5m2 and it has blinders on the windows. It is furnished (see the photos) and I would like to give the furnitures for free.
The WG is extremely centrally located, walking distance to Stadtmitte (15 min), Hauptbahnhof (15 min), Schwabstrasse (5 min) and Charlottenplatz (20 min). A couple of min walking, you can find the U2 and U9 and in 10 min S1,2,3,4,5,6,60. There are Edeka "2 min" and Lidl "5 min" walking, as well as many smaller grocery and bio stores. There is also a Rewe not too far away (8 min).
Your roommates will be: a 32 year old guy working in company as IT specialist; and a 37 year old lady who is a scientist, working as a group leader.
While we always care of our flat's quality and comfort and have fun together, we also highly respect others lives such as keeping shared places ""clean&tidy"", ""not making noise"", respecting others privacy, etc.
We have our personal and private bedrooms, yes, and we ""NEVER"" forget that but the rest of the flat is ""shared"" and we never behave like we own the place alone, so we respect the ""shared"" places.
Yes, this is a "shared-flat" but definitely not a zweck WG and we are not just flatmates, we are friends! :).
Everybody here has been "really" friendly and have been having drinks/dinner together, as well as going out sometimes... :)
The ""all-inclusive rent"" is 535E (everything included such as electricity+internet etc). There's a Kaution/Deposit of 1042 EUR and the 100 EUR fee for all current equipment and living room/kitchen furniture (just for one time). The offer is for minimum of 6 months.

From my own experience, I can tell you that this is one of the best places to live in Stuttgart, so you're really lucky if you get this one! :-)
