Großes, helles WG-Zimmer in der Weststadt

Das Zimmer liegt in einer Top-Lage. In nur 2 Minuten bist du an der Bahnstation, und mit der Linie 2 erreichst du das Zentrum in 5 bis 6 Minuten. Wenn du an der Uni studierst, kannst du direkt durchfahren.

Das Zentrum und zum Beispiel das Ehinger Tor kannst du aber auch ganz entspannt zu Fuß erreichen. In direkter Nähe gibt es einen Lidl, und in 10 Minuten zu Fuß findest du auch einen Rewe.

The room is in a great location. It’s only a 2-minute walk to the tram station, and Line 2 will take you to the city center in just 5 to 6 minutes. If you’re a student at the university, you can ride the tram directly there without any transfers.

You can also reach the city center and places like Ehinger Tor on foot with ease. There’s a Lidl supermarket close by, and a Rewe is just a 10-minute walk away.

Wir sind eine 4er-Mädels-WG – aktuell wohnen hier Salma, Andrea, Lisa und ich. Da ich bald Ulm verlasse, wird mein Zimmer frei. Salma und Andrea sind gerade nur zur Untermiete da und werden bald von Thora und Lina abgelöst. Du kannst alle dann auch bei Gelegenheit persönlich kennenlernen, dann können wir dir auch nochmal mehr über uns erzählen.

Uns ist ein freundschaftliches Miteinander in der WG sehr wichtig, damit sich jede bei uns zuhause wohlfühlt. Du kannst dich so viel ins WG-Leben einbringen, wie es für dich passt und womit du dich wohlfühlst.

Da Lina und Thora gerade nicht in Ulm sind, wäre es für uns praktisch, wenn wir dich zunächst in einem Videocall kennenlernen könnten. Natürlich kannst du die WG auch gern persönlich besichtigen, wann es dir passt.

We’re a 4-girl WG – currently, it’s Salma, Andrea, Lisa, and me living here. Since I’ll soon be moving out of Ulm, my room will become available. Salma and Andrea are staying short-term and will be replaced by Thora and Lina soon. You’ll have the chance to meet everyone in person later, and we can also tell you more about ourselves then.

We really value a friendly, comfortable atmosphere in the WG, so that everyone can feel at home. You’re welcome to get as involved in WG life as you like and at a level that feels comfortable for you.

Since Lina and Thora aren’t in Ulm at the moment, it would be easiest for us to get to know you over a video call first. Of course, you’re more than welcome to come by and see the WG in person whenever it works for you.

In der Miete sind alle kosten inklusive Müll, Strom und GEZ enthalten.

Wir können auch gerne nochmal über dein Einzugsdatum reden, wenn du ein bisschen früher oder später einziehen magst.
