ROOM IN THE DONAUINSEL, PUBLIC AND PURCHASE FEATURES SUPER CLOSE

I, Lea, rent my small but fine room from 1.12 because I am moving to Munich. The room is 10m2 large and is located in the direction of the courtyard, so it is very quiet. The large living kitchen offers enough space to cook together, to co-work or simply to gammel on the couch.

The apartment is on the 6th floor, with an elevator. How to have a washing machine, dishwasher and a TV : The kitchen has everything you need!

The room can also be taken over furnished by a small detachment, as I do not take bed, closet and desk with me. But we can still feel quite relaxed!

The apartment is located directly on the Danube and 500 m from the MilleniumCity shopping center (with BillaPlus, DM, Apotheke, Billa, Penny, FoodCourt etc.), Spar, Lidl and Hofer are also nearby. The U6 and S-Bahn Station Handelskai and trams 31, 2, 33 at Friedrich-Engels-Platz are within 3 minutes.

In 10 minutes to walk or by bike in 3 minutes are over our back exit on the Danube Island 🚴🏼 ♀️🌞. The apartment is therefore perfect for people who like to be in nature and want to turn off.

My two dear roommates are Patrik aka. Pazzo (27) and Vale (26). Pazzo studies non-profit management in the Master’s and is our night owl and chronic long sleeper. Vale is studying nutritional therapy and is more likely to be at home for a leisurely evening. Both play a lot of sports and like to sit together in the evening for a delicious dinner and nonsense :

They both attach great importance to loving togetherness, respect and honest communication... Cleanliness is also important to them ;-

If you are still looking for a lovely and cozy WG in Vienna, you will certainly feel comfortable here <3 we are looking forward to your message!!
