Die Gesamtmiete beträgt 900EUR für eine Person ansonsten würde es noch ein kleines bisschen mehr werden auf Grund von höheren Verbrauchskosten. In diesen Kosten sind Internet, Strom, Warmwasser und sonstige Nebenkosten schon enthalten. Es ist also im Prinzip alles inklusive.

The total rent is 900EUR if rented by one otherwise it would be little bit more due to extra utility costs. This amount already includes internet, electricity, hot water and other service charges. So, in principle, everything is included.
Registration (Anmeldung) is OF COURSE possible for all tenants and you don't need to make an advance payment for the deposit.
