Stilvoll wohnen im Szenekiez Rixdorf - Balkon, Ruhe & zwei Katzen als Bonus

ich werde zwei Monate nicht in Berlin sein und vermiete daher meine Wohnung mit meinen zwei Katzen. Aus diesem Grund wird die Wohnung auch günstiger - also für 900,00 im Monat vermietet.
Das Schlaf- und Wohnzimmer, das Badezimmer und die Küche sind liebevoll und hochwertig ausgestattet. Das Badezimmer hat Tageslicht und einen Waschtrockner. Der Balkon ist zum Innenhof und lädt zum Entspannen ein. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 3. Stock und ist ruhig gelegen, aber dennoch mitten im Szenekiez Rixdorf.
Meine beiden Katzen sind Menschen gegenüber aufgeschlossen und anfangs immer etwas schüchtern. Es wäre mir wichtig, dass du/ ihr eine Haftpflichtversicherung hast und verantwortungsbewusst bist.

I'll be away from Berlin for two months and am therefore renting out my apartment along with my two cats. Because of this, the apartment is offered at a reduced price of 900,00 Euro / month.
The bedroom and living room, bathroom, and kitchen are lovingly and beautifully furnished. The bathroom has daylight and a washer-dryer. The balcony faces the courtyard and is perfect for relaxing. The apartment is on the 3rd floor and quietly located, yet right in the heart of Rixdorf's vibrant scene.
My two cats are friendly toward people, though a bit shy at first. It's important to me that you have liability insurance and are responsible.
