16 m2 Room with Private Balcony in Our All-Girls Flat 💕

We're looking for a new flatmate to join our all-girls apartment from November 1st, potentially earlier.

The current flatmate is planning to move out around October 1st, but officially has until October 31st, so the exact move-in date is still a little flexible. If you're looking to move in sometime during October, definitely feel free to reach out as the room may become available earlier.

The room is around 16 m2, unfurnished, and has its own private balcony. You'll be able to bring your own furniture and make the space completely your own.

A little about us: we're Sophi and Anja, both working full-time, partly in the creative industry and partly outside of it. We both enjoy going to the gym/Pilates, cooking at home, and having a calm, clean home to come back to after work.

We're social and like actually knowing the people we live with. We're the type of WG to have lunch together when we happen to be working from home on the same day, grab a drink at one of our local spots, or hang out and chat in the kitchen. At the same time, we both have our own lives and respect each other's space. It's definitely not a party flat. And if you can cook, that's a huge bonus because we definitely appreciate good food :)

One thing that's especially important to us is cleanliness and organisation. We keep the apartment very clean and tidy on a daily basis, clean up after ourselves straight away, and share responsibility for keeping the common spaces that way. We're really looking for someone who naturally lives similarly and genuinely enjoys having a clean, organised home, rather than someone who sees cleaning as something that only happens once a week.

Open communication, kindness, reliability, and being considerate of each other are equally important to us. We want everyone to feel comfortable bringing things up directly and respectfully when something comes up. We all have our own lives, but we think it's nice when a flat actually feels like a home.

We also have Dexter, a very friendly boy cat, who roams freely around the apartment. He's curious, loves people, and will definitely want to get to know you, so we're looking for someone who genuinely likes cats and is happy living with one. 🐈

The apartment has a fully equipped and new kitchen, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a cosy entrance/common area.

We're looking for a woman around 28 or older, with a full-time job, who is looking for a long-term home rather than just a room.

Rent: €800/month, including utilities
