- KEINE PARTYS, im Haus wohnen viele Familien
- KAUTION: 300 €, davon sind 50 € Reiningungsgebühr. Ihr bekommt alles wieder, wenn die Wohnung im gleichen Zustand und Sauberkeitsstandart übergeben wird. Ich möchte an dieser Stelle auch erwähnen, dass ich Aufnahmen von der ganzen Wohnung & den Gegenständen habe, falls etwas fehlen sollte. Wird die Wohnung schmutzig übergeben, werden 50 € für die Reinigung einbehalten. Die Reinigungsgebühr existiert nicht, weil ich super pingelig bin, sondern weil ich vermeiden möchte, dass mir die Wohnung mit schlammigen Fußabdrücken oder einer "frisch benutzten" Toilette wieder übergeben wird. :)))))) Mir ist es aber schon wichtig, dass zumindest Küche und Bad geputzt werden und die Wohnung durchgesägt wird. Danke für dein Verständnis.

Wenn alles gut ist, bekommst du das Geld sehr schnell wieder (entweder direkt am 5. oder 6. Oktober)

- SECURITY DEPOSIT: 300 €, of which 50 € is a cleaning fee. You’ll get everything back if the apartment is returned in the same condition and meets the same cleanliness standards. I’d also like to mention that I have photos of the entire apartment and its contents in case anything is missing. If the apartment is returned in a dirty condition, €50 will be withheld for cleaning. The cleaning fee isn’t because I’m super picky, but because I want to avoid having the apartment returned to me with muddy footprints or a “recently used” toilet. :)))))) However, it’s important to me that at least the kitchen and bathroom are cleaned and the apartment is given a thorough sweep with the vacuum. If everything is in order, you’ll get your money back very quickly (either on October 5th or 6th).
