Spaciuos and sunny beautiful AltBau next to Admiral Brücke 6-8 weeks 15.09.26 - 01.11.26 Please Read!

Hi,
I will be working on a project outside of Berlin between 15.09.26 - 01.11.26, so my beautiful Altbau apartment in the heart of Kreuzberg will be available if anyone needs a very comfortable place to stay during that time frame. (dates could be +/- week flexible)

The apartment is 72 m2, and it's really spacious, with a comfortable queen-size 160x200 bed.
It ́s very well located, just a 1-minute walk from the Kottbusser Tor U-Bahn station and a 2-minute walk from the Admiralbrücke and Landwehr Canal, but on a quiet street.

It ́s oriented south and has high ceilings and big windows, so lots of light and a nice sky view.

It ́s suitable for a maximum of 2 people (as I ́m just one person and the costs have gone up so much over the last couple of years, one single adult will have priority).

It ́s fully equipped to make your stay in Berlin comfortable.

It has High-speed internet, a new washing machine, and a dishwasher. I will also leave my office work setup, including a spacious table, a 4 K monitor, and a professional office chair, in case you need to work from home.

The price is 967€ (kalt miete, same price I pay to the Hausverwaltung) + 173€ (electricity, heating, GEZ, Wi-fi), total amount: 1120€/month + 800€ deposit.
