Nachmieter gesucht für einen Einzelapartment in Neonwood Berlin Mitte

I’m looking for a fellow student to take over my apartment, as I’ll be moving out soon.

The apartment (18 m2) is located on the ground floor of Neon Wood Berlin Mitte (Stralsunder Str. 14) and has its own small terrace, private bathroom, and pantry kitchen.

The apartment is fully furnished and is available to students only.

The lease starts on 01.10.2026 and runs until 30.09.2027, with the possibility of extending it.

The monthly rent is €960 (plus deposit) and includes all utilities (Wi-Fi, electricity, heating, water, etc.). Anmeldung is possible.

The apartment is located in Berlin-Mitte and is very well connected by public transport. The tram and U-Bahn stations are just a 1-minute walk away, and the S-Bahn station is about a 5-minute walk away. It takes me around 15 minutes to get to Charité Campus Mitte.

The building also has a gym, study room, and laundry room.
