Die Wohnung liegt innerhalb der Ringbahn, knapp 5 Minuten zu Fuß vom S+U Bahnhof NEUKÖLLN entfernt.

Es gibt zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe: Penny, Lidl, denns, Biomarkt, Real etc. Außerdem gibt es ein Kiosk gleich neben dem Haus.

Der Richardkiez ist eine bunte und entspannte Gegend mit Cafés, Restaurants und Kneipen, Plätzen und Parks.

Die verkehrsberuhigten Bereiche um den Böhmischen Platz mit ein paar Cafés und den alt-rixdorfer Richardplatz mit seinen alten Bäumen, ein paar kleinen Läden, Buchladen und veganem Supermarkt laden zum verweilen ein.

Außerdem gibt’s den historischen Körnerpark, den idyllischen Comenius Garten und den Landwehr Kanal, alle zu Fuß zu erreichen und schön zum entspannen.

The apartment is located within the Ringbahn (circle line), just a 5-minute walk from the „Neukölln S+U“ station.

There are numerous shopping options nearby: Penny, Lidl, Denns, Biomarkt, Real, etc. There's also a kiosk right next to the building.

The Richardkiez is a colorful and relaxed neighborhood with cafés, restaurants and pubs, squares and parks.

The traffic-calmed areas around Böhmischer Platz, with its cafés, and the old-Rixdorf Richardplatz with its old trees, a few small shops, a bookstore, and a vegan supermarket, are inviting places to linger.

There's also the historic Körnerpark, the idyllic Comenius Garden and the Landwehr Canal, all within walking distance and great places to relax.

Da mir die Wohnung und Einrichtung sehr lieb sind, suche ich jemanden, der gut mit den Sachen umgeht und auch meine Pflanzen gießt.

Die Miete gilt pro Monat, darin inbegriffen sind alle Kosten (Strom, Gas, WLAN, etc.).
