Wunderschöne Altbauwohnung mit einem Schlafzimmer, einer Küche, einem Badezimmer und einem großen Wohnzimmer/zweiten Schlafzimmer mit Balkon, komplett ausgestattet – man muss sich nur um das Basilikum kümmern :)

Please note: no smocking, no pet, no parties, very calm building with nice neighbors

I’ll be away and am renting out my apartment (ideally to a woman) from Sept 13 - Oct 4 (you can rent for less than the total period).

A beautiful old building, with one bedroom, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a large living room/second bedroom, plus a balcony. It’s fully equipped—you just need to take care of the basil :)
