Möblierte 2-Zimmer-Altbauwohnung in Neukölln – Zwischenmiete 20.07.–31.08.2026

Die Wohnung liegt im Richard-Kiez in Neukölln, einem meiner Lieblingsecken Berlins: lebhaft, grün, mit toller Nachbarschaft und allem direkt vor der Tür. Die Wohnung selbst ist ein klassischer Berliner Altbau – mit aufgearbeiteten Holzdielen, Stuckdecken.

Was euch erwartet:
Im Wohnzimmer könnt ihr es euch auf dem XXL-Sofa gemütlich machen, einen Film auf dem 43"-TV schauen oder einfach die hohen Decken genießen. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet – vom Geschirrspüler über Herd und Backofen bis hin zu Bialetti, French Press und Salatschleuder. Ihr müsst nichts mitbringen außer euch selbst.
Das Schlafzimmer hat ein großes Kingsize-Bett und einen riesigen Kleiderschrank, falls ihr auch für längere Zeit packen wollt. Das Badezimmer ist mein persönlicher Lieblingsraum – mit Badewanne, Waschmaschine und schönen Messing-Details, die ich selbst ausgesucht habe.
Bettwäsche, Handtücher und schnelles WLAN (100 Mbit/s) sind natürlich dabei. Strom, Heizung und alle Nebenkosten sind ebenfalls inklusive – ihr zahlt einfach die monatliche Miete, fertig.
Mietdauer: 20.07. bis 31.08.2026
Eine Verlängerung darüber hinaus wäre grundsätzlich möglich – meldet euch einfach.

Haustiere und Rauchen in der Wohnung sind leider nicht möglich – ich hoffe, das versteht ihr.
Wohnungsgeberbestätigung wird ausgestellt, Klingelschild kann auf euren Namen geändert werden.

The apartment is in the Richard-Kiez neighbourhood in Neukölln, one of my favourite parts of Berlin: vibrant, walkable, full of great cafés and restaurants, and with excellent transport links. The building itself is a classic Berlin Altbau – original wooden floors, stucco ceilings and wooden windows, which I've slowly turned into a cosy home over the years.
What you'll find:
The living room has an oversized sofa that I genuinely never want to leave, a 43" TV, and those lovely high Altbau ceilings. The kitchen is fully equipped – dishwasher, oven, stove, fridge, plus a Bialetti, French press, toaster, salad spinner and everything else you'd actually need day-to-day. The bedroom has a king-size bed and a huge wardrobe with hanging space. And the bathroom is honestly my favourite room in the apartment – bathtub, washing machine and beautiful brass fixtures that took me a while to track down.
Bed linen, towels and fast WiFi (100 Mbit/s) are all included. Electricity, heating and all utilities are covered by the rent too – no surprises.
Rental period: 20 July – 31 August 2026

No pets and no smoking inside the apartment, please.
I can provide an official landlord confirmation letter (Wohnungsgeberbestätigung) and can arrange for the doorbell label to be changed to your name.
