Beautiful & Cozy Altbau Apartment in Neukölln

The apartment is located in a lively and multicultural part of Neukölln. The area is full of great cafés, bars, restaurants and small local shops, so there is always something to discover right outside the door. The U7 is only about a 3-minute walk away, making it very easy to get around Berlin. Tempelhofer Feld is also only around a 15-minute walk away and is perfect for walking, jogging or simply relaxing outdoors. Despite the lively neighborhood, the apartment itself is very peaceful and quiet because all the windows face the courtyard.

The apartment is rented fully furnished and all-inclusive. Electricity, heating and high-speed internet are included in the rent. I am looking for someone reliable and respectful who will treat the apartment and furniture with care. The apartment is non-smoking and unfortunately, pets are not allowed. Anmeldung is not possible.
