Ich würde behaupten, dass der Schillerkiez das beste Viertel in Berlin ist. I would argue that Schillerkiez is the best neighborhood in Berlin. If you are looking to experience the city's bar scene and restaurants, this location is perfect to explore all that Neukölln has to offer. Close by is an Aldi, Lidl, Edeka, and Bio Company. The iconic La Maison and Templehofer Feld are just five minutes away walking. With Leinstraße, you are also quickly connected to central points in the city. And for those who co-work, Publix is close by.

Aufgrund meiner Arbeit werde ich die Wohnung im nächsten Jahr verlassen, werde aber möglicherweise nicht sofort zurückkehren. Ich habe vor, die Wohnung mit einem Einjahresvertrag zu vermieten, aber die Wahrscheinlichkeit ist groß, dass sich dieser verlängert. Ich suche jemanden, der die Wohnung respektiert und pflegt und gleichzeitig alles genießt, was die Nachbarschaft zu bieten hat.

Due to my work, I will be leaving the apartment for the next year but possibly not returning immediately. I plan to lease this out as a year-long contract, but there is a great chance that that can extend. I am looking for someone who can respect and care for the apartment, while also enjoying everything the neighborhood has to offer.
