Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße der Sonnenallee in Neukölln, unweit der Sonnenallee (S-Bahnhof) und der S-Bahnhof Köllnische Heide (10 Minuten), S Bahn Plänterwald sowie dem M41-Bus Richtung Hauptbahnhof.
Man ist in 15 Minuten an der Sonnenallee S-Bahn, mit allen leckeren Ess-und Café-Möglichkeiten rund um die Sonnenallee in zwanzig Stunde am Hermannplatz, Hermannstraße, an der Karl-Marx-Allee und mitten in Neukölln, aber trotzdem ist die Wohnung ruhig gelegen, man blickt vom Balkon aus auf die benachbarten Schrebergärten und die Siedlung ist sehr bunt gemischt und auch zum Maybachufer oder Paul-Linke-Ufer sind es zu Fuß lediglich 30 Minuten und morgens kann man super joggen oder spazieren gehen am Ufer entlang.
Die Küche ist neu, hat einen Induktionsherd mit 4 Platten und einen kleinen ausklappbaren Tisch, es gibt ein großes Schlafzimmer mit Esstisch und das zweite Zimmer ist ein Arbeitszimmer mit ausziehbarem Sofa, wo noch einmal zwei Personen schlafen können. Internet ist verfügbar.

The apartment is located on a quiet side street off Sonnenallee in Neukölln, not far from the Sonnenallee S-Bahn station and the Köllnische Heide S-Bahn station (10 minutes away), the Plänterwald S-Bahn station, and the M41 bus route toward the main train station.
You can reach the Sonnenallee S-Bahn station in 15 minutes, with all the delicious dining and café options around Sonnenallee, and in 20 minutes you’re at Hermannplatz, Hermannstraße, Karl-Marx-Allee, and right in the heart of Neukölln—yet the apartment is still in a quiet location; from the balcony you can look out over the neighboring community gardens, and the neighborhood is very diverse. It’s also just a 30-minute walk to Maybachufer or Paul-Linke-Ufer, and in the morning, it’s a great place to go for a jog or a walk along the riverbank.
The kitchen is new, featuring a 4-burner induction stove and a small fold-out table. There is a large bedroom with a dining table, and the second room is a study with a pull-out sofa that can sleep two more people. Internet is available.
One of the biggest advantage is to be surrounded by a great calm, while being in walking distance towards the most vibrant streets of Neukölln.
