Wir vermieten unsere sehr sonnige, voll ausgestattete Wohnung in Neukölln, da wir selbst verreist sind.

Großes Wohnzimmer mit 10 qm großem Südbalkon und wundervollem Blick in den Park. Schlafzimmer zum ruhigen Innenhof. Große Küche mit Esstisch. Zwei Bäder (Hauptbad mit Dusche und Badewanne sowie Gäste-WC).

Wir würden uns freuen wenn die Zwischenmieter sich um unsere Pflanzen kümmern würden, da wir sie sehr lieb haben :-)

Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert:
- 1,60 m Bett
- Großes gemütliches Sofa
- Arbeitsbereich mit höhenverstellbarem Tisch
- Voll ausgestattete Küche
- Waschmaschine
- Spülmaschine
- 55 Zoll Smart TV
- Internet Flatrate

Die Untervermietung ist vom Vermieter genehmigt, ANMELDUNG IST MÖGLICH für den Mietzeitraum.

Die Kosten von 2.100 Euro pro Monat inkludieren alles (Strom, Wlan, GEZ usw). Der Originalmietvertrag kann gerne angeschaut werden.

We are subletting our fully furnished, very sunny and quiet apartment in Neukölln (Tempelhofer Feld/Schillerkiez) for at least 6 month from end of October 2026:

Big living room, fully equipped kitchen, large south-facing balcony looking into a park, two bathrooms (main bathroom with shower and bathtub plus guest bathroom). Bedroom to the quiet backyard.

We would ask our tenants water our plants because we love them dearly :-)

All you need is in the apartment:
- 1,60 m bed
- Large comfy sofa
- Working area with adjustable desk
- Fully equipped kitchen
- Washing machine
- Dishwasher
- 55 inch Smart TV
- Internet flatrate

The sublease is approved by the landlord, REGISTRATION IS POSSIBLE for the rental period.
