Furnished flat with two bright living rooms, available to rent for one or two years in a green setting

In the garden belonging to the house you can use the garden benches to chill. The garden is very silent and as hugh like a park.

The apartment is located in a green, silent and very safe part of Berlin "Pankow". 15 Minutes to walk is the great Florakiez with bars, cafés, shops etc. and where the young life plays.

3 minutes to walk to Bus X54 which goes directly to S, U and Tram Pankow. Or 12 minutes to walk to S,U and Tram Pankow directely.

Its also in the area where you can use e-scooters (like Bolt, Tier, Lime, Voi). With it you just need 3 minutes to S/U Pankow.

I offer the flat just for a period of time and just for people who stay temporarily in Berlin for one or two years (like for a project, PhD, limited working contract, exchange year etc) and are looking for a cosy fully furnished apartment. Anmeldung is possible of course.

Every room can be equipped with a queen-size bed and a desk. If you just need one bed just tell me.
