Ich vermiete meine gemütliche, voll möblierte Wohnung in Berlin-Prenzlauer Berg für den Zeitraum 20.–29. September 2026.

Die Wohnung ist ca. 50 m2 groß und besteht aus einem kleinen Schlafzimmer sowie einem großzügigen Wohnzimmer mit offener Küche. Sie ist persönlich und gemütlich eingerichtet und eignet sich perfekt für jemanden, der für ein paar Tage in Berlin ist und lieber in einer richtigen Wohnung als im Hotel wohnen möchte.

📍 Prenzlauer Berg – schöne, zentrale Lage mit Cafés, Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und guter Anbindung an den ÖPNV.

Zeitraum: 20.–29. August
Preis: 450 € komplett für den gesamten Zeitraum
inkl. Nebenkosten und Internet

*für non-allergic people (ein Katze lebt hier, wird aber nicht vor Ort sein, es sei denn Du liebst Katzen und magst gern Catsitten ;) dann sprechen wir auch gern!)

Cozy furnished apartment in Prenzlauer Berg – Aug 20–29

I’m renting out my cozy, fully furnished apartment in Berlin-Prenzlauer Berg from August 20th to 29th.

The apartment is around 50 m2 and has a small bedroom and a spacious living room with an open kitchen. It’s a warm, personal and comfortable place — perfect if you’re spending a few days in Berlin and would rather stay in a real home than a hotel.

📍 Prenzlauer Berg – a lovely, central neighborhood with lots of cafés, restaurants, shops and excellent public transport connections.

Price: €450 total for the entire stay

Important Note for Guests: Please be aware that a cat lives in this home. While our furry friend will not be present during your stay, this space may not be suitable for individuals with severe cat allergies.(Bonus note: However, if you happen to be a cat lover and would actually enjoy some feline company and cat-sitting, let us know—we would love to discuss that option with you!)
