2 Room sublet in the fabulous Prenzlauer Berg - Close to Ringbahn and U2

Hi everyone : )

Due to an ongoing work situation that still needs to be clarified, I am subletting my partly furnished apartment on a short term basis starting January 2nd, 2027. An extension is possible upon agreement. It’s ideal for someone who wants to look for a permanent apartment from here or who is just getting settled in Berlin.

The apartment has everything you need: a washing machine, dishwasher, some furniture, dishes, a bathroom with a bathtub, bed linen (new), pillows and a duvet (both also new), as well as a few towels.

The rent is to be paid in advance for the respective rental period.

Other than that, the apartment is in a fantastic location — centrally located in beautiful Prenzlauer Berg, close to the Ringbahn. Please note that the apartment is not suitable for a shared flat (WG).

P.S. The furniture shown in the photos is no longer completely up to date. However, the bed, sofa, coffee table, small stools, armchair, various shelves, clothes rail, basic wardrobe, kitchen chair and table are still there.

If you have any questions, feel free to ask : )
