Die Wohnung ist ca. 60 m2 gross, möbliert, hat abgeschliffene Dielen und befindet sich in der 3. Etage des Vorderhauses eines Altbaus auf der Danziger Str. zwischen Kollwitz- und Helmholtzplatz. Die Wohnung ist nicht WG-geeignet. Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt. Die Tram M10 hält direkt vor der Tür und der U-Bahnhof Eberswalder Str. ist 5 min zu Fuss entfernt.

Who wants to stay from right for 12 months in my beautiful 2 bedroom apartment in the center of Prenzlauer Berg? The 60 m2 non-smoking apartment is furnished, has wooden floorboards and is located on the 3rd Floor of a renovated building at Danziger Straße between the squares Kollwitzplatz and Helmholtzplatz. The apartment is suitable for singles and couples but not for flat-sharing. Pets are not permitted. The tram M10 stops right in front of the building and the U2 station Eberswalder Straße is in 5 min walking distance.
