2-Zimmer Wohnung 05.01.27-01.03.27 with 2 Cats

Hello,

due to a work trip we need to rent out our 2-room apartment near Nöldnerplatz, Lichtenberg/Rummelsburg. Dates are 05.01.2027 - 01.03.2027 fixed. Main priority is to find a person or couple who commit to taking care of our two beloved brother cats. They are six years old and they can go outside, we have some big courtyards and in general it is a quiet, green area around. In the winter months tho the cats stay inside mostly because of the cold weather conditions. Still they wanna go outside a bit everyday, but adapted to temperatures etc.. This means we need someone responsible enough to make sure to take the cats outside and inside again, not leaving or forgetting about them, especially in the cold outside and also to not leave them alone all day long. Best would be if you are working from home or have a structured schedule during the week to also give a structure to the cats and spend lots of time with them, which means if you are a super outgoing person, spend most of the time in the city every day of the week and barely at home, this would not be approbiate for you. if you are a more quiet person or couple who likes to spend time at home cozy with cats, this would fit better. in general the house and people living here mostly know each other, are respectful to each other and we all living normal daily lives with jobs during the week, which means being aware of sleeping hours is very important. it is not possible to have parties at home or lots of guests all the time. In general we'd prefer someone adult and responsible, who loves cats and has some knwoledge about them, like knows about their behavior etc. the apartment itself is small but fine, we are living here as a couple for many years. It has two rooms and everything that you need except a tv. public transportation is few minutes away either busses or s bahn connected to the west (s3/5/7) and to the ringbahn, ostkreuz is 1 station away. we only rent out to womxn and our queer brothers and sisters. a hetero couple would also be fine. we'd love to get to know you beforehand to see if you and the cats vibe and would get along for two months. if this sounds like your place to be for january and february , feel free to message me.
