The apartment is located in Berlin in a lively but residential neighbourhood with excellent public transport connections. 🚇🚌 Supermarkets, cafés ☕️, restaurants 🍝, bakeries 🥐 and everyday services are all within walking distance.

The city centre and major attractions can be reached quickly and easily by public transport.

The neighbourhood is pleasant and green 🌳, with parks and nice walking areas nearby. It is a very convenient location both for sightseeing and for someone who needs to work, study or simply enjoy Berlin for a few days.

The apartment is available for 10 days only while I am away. ✈️ I am looking for a responsible, tidy and reliable person who will treat the apartment carefully. Internet 📶 and normal utility consumption are included in the price.

Everything in the apartment can be used: TV 📺, coffee machine ☕️, toaster 🍞, oven, dishwasher, washing machine 🧺, kitchen equipment and other household appliances.

The apartment is fully furnished, warm and comfortable thanks to the floor heating 🔥. A refundable deposit is required. Please send me a short introduction about yourself, the reason for your stay in Berlin and confirm that the requested dates work for you.
