This is a very good and safe area for people who are new to Berlin and want to explore the city.

The botanical garden and other parks are also very close and so is the famous Schloßstraße with its many stores, cafes and malls.

In order to schedule a viewing, the following information is needed:
- Move-in date & how long you plan to stay
- Proof of income

Please note, that the Nebenkosten are for one person only. In case of two people moving, the Nebenkosten go up by 50 Eur/month. If you have pets, a liability insurance is required for them.

Very important: I can only rent to people who can prove that they either have a work contract and can pay the rent or who have proof of sufficient savings in a German bank account. Otherwise you are welcome to transfer the rent for the rental period in advance when you move in. I cannot rent to people who have funds only abroad since it would be very hard for me to get the rent if the tenant ended up not paying.
