Die Wohnung liegt auf der Grenze von Wedding zu Gesundbrunnen. Die S-Bahn Haltestelle Humboldthain (S1,2, 25, 26) erreicht man in 250m.

🌊 Das Freibad am Humboldthain sowie der Volkspark Humboldthain liegen direkt hinter der Haltestelle und laden zum Schwimmen, Picknicken und Spazieren ein.

🚈 Von dort fahren außerdem Busse in Richtung Gesundbrunnen bzw. Nordbahnhof sowie nach Moabit (gute Umstiegsmöglichkeit zum HBF) ab. Bis Gesundbrunnen fährt man eine Station. Ab Gesundbrunnen sowie S-Bahn Wedding ist man mit der neuen S15 in weniger als 10 Minuten am HBF. In die andere Richtung ist man nach 3 Stationen an der Friedrichstraße, nach 4 am Brandenburger Tor.

🚈 In die andere Richtung (etwa 700m entfernt) liegt die S- und Ringbahnhaltestelle Wedding, die an die gesamte Stadt anbindet. Die U6 (Station Wedding) kann von hier ebenfalls genutzt werden, sowie weitere Busse (etwa Richtung Moabit oder Pankow).

🍝 In der Gegend gibt es gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten: Penny, Aldi und Netto sind jeweils in Nähe der S-Bahnen zu finden, ein Rewe ist ca. 600m (oder eine Busstation) entfernt.

🌯 Es gibt mehrere Restaurants (Pizza, mexikanisch, libanesisch, etc), Cafés, Barbershops, Änderungsschneidereien, kleine Geschäfte, eine Apotheke, Dönerbuden, Spätis und Paketshops im direkten Umkreis.

🌳 🏋🏽Es gibt in unmittelbarer Nähe außerdem Spaziermöglichkeiten entlang der Panke, zwei Yogastudios sowie ein CrossFit Studio und in Nähe des Rewe ein Fitnessstudio (Crunchfit Wedding). Im Gesundbrunnen Center gibt es weitere Sport- und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

The apartment is located on the border between Wedding and Gesundbrunnen. The Humboldthain S-Bahn station (S1, 2, 25, 26) is 250 meters away.

🌊 The Humboldthain outdoor pool and Humboldthain park are right behind the station and are perfect for swimming, picnicking, and taking a stroll.

🚈 From there, buses also run toward Gesundbrunnen and Nordbahnhof, as well as to Moabit (a convenient transfer point to the main train station). It’s one stop to Gesundbrunnen. From Gesundbrunnen as well as S-Bahn Wedding, the new S15 takes you to the main train station (HBF) in less than 10 minutes. In the other direction, it’s 3 stops to Friedrichstraße and 4 stops to the Brandenburg Gate.

🚈 The Wedding S-Bahn and Ringbahn station (about 700 meters away) connect to the entire city. You can also take the U6 (Wedding station) from here, as well as other buses (such as those heading toward Moabit or Pankow).

🍝 There are good grocery shopping options in the area: Penny, Aldi, and Netto are all located near the S-Bahn stations, and a Rewe is about 600 meters (or one bus stop) away.

🌯 There are several restaurants (Pizza, Mexican, Lebanese, etc.), cafés, barbershops, tailor shops, small stores, a pharmacy, kebab stands, late-night convenience stores, and package shops in the immediate vicinity.

🌳 🏋🏽There are also places to go for a walk along the Panke River right nearby, as well as 2 yoga studios, a CrossFit studio, and a gym (Crunchfit Wedding) near the Rewe. The Gesundbrunnen Center offers additional sports and shopping options.

Die Wohnung bietet Platz für 1-2 Personen. Unsere idealen Zwischenmieter*in(nen) übernehmen das regelmäßige Gießen der Pflanzen und sind zuverlässig und umgänglich. Die Hausgemeinschaft besteht aus eher jüngeren Menschen und vielen Familien, daher wäre es v.a. wichtig, hier rücksichtsvoll zu sein. Im Innenhof und auf dem zur Anlage gehörenden Spielplatz, der vom Schlafzimmerfenster sichtbar ist, spielen am Nachmittag oft Kinder.

Eine Wohnungsgeberbescheinigung oder Anmeldung kann die Vermietungsgesellschaft leider nicht ausstellen, da es sich um eine kurze befristete Untervermietung handelt.

Vorhandene Haftpflichtversicherung wäre super bzw. es wäre wünschenswert, wenn diese für den Aufenthalt abgeschlossen wird.

The apartment can accommodate 1–2 people. Our ideal temporary tenant(s) will take care of watering the plants regularly and will be reliable and easygoing. The building’s residents are mostly younger people and many families, so it’s especially important to be considerate here. Children often play in the courtyard and on the playground—which is part of the complex and visible from the bedroom window—in the afternoons.

Unfortunately, the rental company cannot issue a landlord’s certificate (Anmeldung/Wohnungsgeberbestätigung).

It would be great if you already have liability insurance, or it would be preferable if you take out a policy for the duration of your stay.
