2 Zimmer Wohnung Neukölln Schillerkiez

Ich biete meine schöne 2-Zimmer-Wohnung im Schillerkiez in Neukölln zunächst für 6 Monate befristet zur Zwischenmiete an. Je nach Absprache besteht ggf. auch die Möglichkeit, die Wohnung anschließend zu übernehmen. Die Wohnung liegt im 1. OG im Hinterhaus und ist gemütlich und mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Durch die Lage im Hinterhaus bekommt ihr vom Stadttrubel und Straßenlärm praktisch nichts mit – gleichzeitig seid ihr mitten im Kiez.

Die Lage ist wirklich unschlagbar: Die U-Bahn-Station Leinestraße (U8) ist nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Gleichzeitig ist man direkt mitten im Schillerkiez – mit Cafés, kleinen Läden, Restaurants und viel Grün in unmittelbarer Umgebung.

Die Wohnung selbst hat eine cozy und wohnliche Atmosphäre und eignet sich super für eine Einzelperson oder ein Paar. Das Schlafzimmer ist mit einem 1,40 m breiten Bett und einem offenen Kleiderständer ausgestattet. Im Wohnzimmer gibt es ein gemütliches Schlafsofa, sodass ihr auch problemlos Freunde oder Familie zum Übernachten einladen könnt. Besonders schön sind auch die netten und angenehmen Nachbarn, wodurch man sich schnell zuhause fühlt.

I’m offering my lovely 2-room apartment in Schillerkiez, Neukölln for a 3-month sublet initially. Depending on the arrangement, there may also be an option to take over the apartment afterwards. The apartment is located on the 1st floor in the rear building, making it wonderfully quiet and sheltered from the noise of the city, while still being right in the heart of the neighborhood.

The location is hard to beat: Leinestraße U8 is just a few minutes away on foot. You’re right in the middle of Schillerkiez, surrounded by cafés, small shops, restaurants and plenty of green spaces.

The apartment has a cozy, warm and homely atmosphere and is ideal for one person or a couple. The bedroom comes with a 1.40 m bed and an open clothes rack. In the living room, there’s a comfortable sofa bed, so you can easily have friends or family stay over. The neighbors are also lovely and friendly, which makes it easy to feel at home here.
