The apartment will accommodate 4 in total, with two double bedrooms and a sofa bed for 2 in the (hidden) room. It is fully furnished with a new TV, fully equipped kitchen for entertaining and an inviting dining area. We will provide everything you need like linens, towels and shower amenities.

The apartment is located in the up-and-coming area of Berlin – the Moabit district and in specific the Stephankiez in the borough of Mitte. The Moabit district is home to many students and artists.
It is conveniently just a 5 minute walk to the underground station Birken Straße station with the U9 line and 10 minutes from the main station Westhafen.
The area features many Cafés, restaurants and supermarkets and very well connected with the rest of Berlin. It provides a unique multicultural flair.

- The first month's rent will be completed through HousingAnywhere. Also, the deposit and fee need to be paid through HousingAnywhere payments and should be completed not later than 2 days before moving in.
