THE APARTMENT:

There are 3 bedrooms in this apartment. Each bedroom is equipped with a box-spring bed with fine bedding, two bedside tables, one bedside lamp, a large closet, and a working desk with a corresponding chair. In addition, there is a large elegant kitchen furnished with a cozy kitchen seating corner. Moreover the kitchen has all the necessary cooking equipment and utensils. The fridge of the kitchen is large and has enough space to keep the food fresh. There is also a freezer, an oven, a stove, and a washing machine in the kitchen. The bathroom is very spacious and elegant with a bathtub shower and a mirror sink.

DEPOSIT:
To make your move easier, we offer flexible deposit options. You may choose between a one-time, non-refundable non-deposit fee of EUR 560, or a refundable security deposit of 3 months rent, which will be returned after move-out in accordance with standard regulations.

LOCATION:
The apartment is located in a very beautiful and well-maintained old building in the middle of the exclusive district Frankfurt Westend North. Ideal for young professionals. It is only a few minutes walk to Reuterweg and only a few hundred meters to the nearest metro station - Grüneburgweg. More central is hardly possible! In addition, Frankfurt Westend does not only convince by its central location, but also by its exclusivity. Restaurants and bars are within walking distance.
