Die Wohnung eignet sich wahlweise als 3er WG oder als geräumige Wohnung für ein Paar.
Die Wohnung liegt im 4. OG und hat dreieinhalb Zimmer. Das heißt, es gibt zusätzlich zu unseren einzelnen Zimmern noch ein Mini Durchgangs-/Wohnzimmer, das man durchqueren muss, um in eines der drei Zimmer zu kommen. Dort steht eine Couch mit einer herunterziehbaren Leinwand und einer crazy Wäscheaufhängkonstruktion, die unsere Vormieter*innen gebaut haben. Beides kann übernommen werden bei Bedarf.
Die Zimmer sind 28, 25 und 20 qm groß und allesamt annähernd quadratisch geschnitten. Die Fenster ins diesen sind relativ niedrig angebracht, was den Vorteil bietet, sich bei warmen Wetter, wenn das Bett vor Fenster platziert ist, gefühlt halb unter freien Himmel zu legen.
Natürlich befinden sich in der Wohnung auch ein Badezimmer mit Dusche und ein seperates WC.
Ebenfalls ist in ihr eine Einbauküche enthalten, dir wir gerne für einen Abschlag von 700 € an unsere Nachmieter*innen übergeben würden.
Außerdem können einige Möbelstücke (Regale, Sofas und Betten) auch übernommen werden.

The flat is nice as a shared flat for three people or as a spacious flat for a couple.
The flat is on the 4th floor and has three and a half rooms. This means that in addition to our individual rooms, there is also a mini passageway/living room that you have to cross to get in one of the three other rooms. In this half room is a couch with a pull-down screen and a crazy laundry hanging construction that our previous tenants built, which is very practical and you can acquire, if you like.
The sizes of the rooms are 28, 25 and 20 sqare meters and they are all nearly quadratic constructed. The windows are attached relatively low at the walls, which can be nice, when you place your bed directly under them, because then you can enjoy at warm days the sun.
Of course in this flat you will find a bathing room with a shower and a toilet, which is separated from the bathing room.
Also a fitted kitchen is included, which we would like to leave you for a discount of 700 €.
Also you can get some furniture from us (sofas, beds and shelves).
