Directly at Hayns Park – with sun from morning to evening.

I'll rent my apartment for a while. Two rooms on the 5th floor of a beautiful old building – without elevator, but with a wide, pleasant staircase. The apartment is fully furnished and super cut.

The kitchen is fully equipped and large enough that more than four people can sit here relaxed – almost a third room. The bathroom is a classic Eppendorfer hose bath with shower.

In the bedroom there is a cozy 140 bed with Emma One mattress. In the living room you will find a sofa bed, a desk with two monitors and a piano – if you can play, the better. Plants are also available – they are also happy to be poured over and over.

Highlight is the balcony to the south side – here you have sun from morning to evening and a free view. Perfect for a morning coffee or a wine in the evening.

Washing machine (Toploader) is available in the kitchen. Dry the laundry either on clothes hangers in an open wardrobe or on a small clothes rack.

It's important to me to rent the apartment to someone I have a good feeling. It should fit both sides.

Ich vermiete meine Wohnung für eine Zeit unter. Zwei Zimmer im 5. Stock eines schönen Altbaus – ohne Fahrstuhl, aber mit breitem, angenehmem Treppenhaus. Die Wohnung ist komplett eingerichtet und super geschnitten.

Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet und groß genug, dass hier mehr als vier Leute entspannt sitzen können – eigentlich fast schon ein dritter Raum. Das Bad ist ein klassisches Eppendorfer Schlauchbad mit Dusche.

Im Schlafzimmer steht ein gemütliches 140er Bett mit Emma-One-Matratze. Im Wohnzimmer findest du ein Schlafsofa, einen Schreibtisch mit zwei Monitoren und ein Klavier – falls du spielen kannst, umso besser. Pflanzen gibt’s auch – die freuen sich auch darüber ab und zu gegossen zu werden.

Highlight ist der Balkon zur Südseite – hier hast du von morgens bis abends Sonne und einen freien Blick. Perfekt für einen Kaffee am Morgen oder einen Wein am Abend.

Waschmaschine (Toploader) steht in der Küche. Trocknen kannst du die Wäsche entweder auf Kleiderbügeln im offenen Kleiderschrank oder auf einem kleinen Wäscheständer.

Mir ist wichtig, dass ich die Wohnung an jemanden vermiete, bei dem ich ein gutes Gefühl habe. Es soll für beide Seiten passen.
