The apartment is located directly on Luxembourger Straße 5 minutes walk from the south railway station, 3 minutes away from the tram stop Eifelwall and approx. 10 minutes from Barbarossaplatz and Zülpicherstraße. Various shopping opportunities such as Rewe, Lidl, Aldi, net DM and various organic shops are also reachable on foot, by public transport or by car. There are several cafes, bars and restaurants that are very easily accessible. BIs to Rudolfplatz are about 15-20 minutes.

Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt auf der Luxemburger Straße 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt vom Südbahnhof, 3 Minuten entfernt von der Straßenbahnhaltestelle Eifelwall und ca. 10 Minuten entfernt vom Barbarossaplatz und der Zülpicherstraße. Diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie z.B. Rewe, Lidl, Aldi, Netto DM und verschiedene Bio Läden sind ebenfalls zum Teil zu Fuß, mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel oder mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Es gibt diverse Cafes, Bars und Restaurants die sehr gut erreichbar sind. BIs zum Rudolfplatz läuft man ca. 15-20 Minuten.
