Subtenant looking for my beautiful 2-room apartment in Cologne's Südstadt!

I am looking for a subtenant for my beautiful 2-room apartment in Cologne’s Südstadt.

The apartment is rented from March/April to August. We can still discuss the exact entry and exit data together, so I am relatively flexible. It is quiet and yet very central, with everything you need in everyday life, directly nearby.

It is rented fully furnished, so you can move in directly. Own things can also be accommodated in the basement if necessary.

The rent is 800 € monthly plus WLAN and electricity.

I would be very happy to find someone who learns to love the apartment just as much, feels comfortable here and handles it and my things well.

I am glad to hear from you! :
