I'm looking for a dear roommate from June 2025.

I myself have a lot of experience with WGlern and sub-letter.
That is why a good coexistence, reliability, mindfulness and environmental awareness are very important to me. Someone who also cleanses, sucks vacuums and generally pays attention to cleanliness, separates garbage and what's left to it :)
But also like to sit together on the same side, cook...

I'm a consultant, coach and coach. Also on and off professional, otherwise Homeoffice.

What do I like? Dance, good music, go to the mountains, games evenings and spontaneous city trips can also happen:D
I also like to try restaurants and bars, read, bastle and bake.

- the room has about 14sqm. partial furniture available (1 cabinet, two sideboards, a shelf, 2 wall racks, lamp and darkening rollero)
- kitchen (EBK), with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, with cutlery, dishes, pans and pots
- bathroom, with window, white flow and shower
- new bright laminate floor in the whole apartment
- Balcony to the green quiet courtyard
- included electricity, heating, water, internet (no TV)
- excl. Basement compartment

It's important to me:
- Non-smoker, no permanent home office
- no animals
- fixed employee income or Income
- proper handling of the items in the apartment
- People who also keep in mind the neighbors in the house at rest times and noise limitation

This is not a rental offer, so there can be no transfer (main residence) via rental agreement.
Please report only if this is not a problem. Therefore, it is more suitable for people who, for example, are looking for a compulsory internship or for intermediate rental something in Munich, or who have to do something elsewhere in the short term and have a headquarters elsewhere.

With a request for extension on both sides beyond the agreed withdrawal date, a longer coexistence is also possible.

ich suche ab Juni 2025 eine liebe Mitbewohnerin.

Ich selbst habe viel Erfahrung mit WGlern und Untervermietung.
Daher sind mir ein gutes Miteinander, Zuverlässigkeit, Achtsamkeit und Umweltbewusstsein sehr wichtig. Jemand, der auch putzt, staubsaugt und allgemein auf Sauberkeit achtet, Müll trennt und was halt noch so alles dazugehört :)
Aber auch gerne einmal gesellig zusammensitzt, kocht ...

Ich bin Unternehmensberaterin, Trainerin und Coach. Auch ab und zu unterwegs beruflich, ansonsten Homeoffice.

Was mag ich? Tanzen, gute Musik, in die Berge gehen, Spieleabende und spontane Städtetrips können auch mal vorkommen :D
Des Weiteren gehe ich gerne Restaurants und Bars testen, lese, bastle und backe.
Mit mir kann jeder offen reden und Vertrauen ist mir wichtig.

Es sind
- insgesamt 3 Zimmer, 60qm helle Wohnung
- das besagte Zimmer hat ca. 14qm. Teilmöblierung vorhanden (1 Schrank, zwei Sideboards, ein Regal, 2 Wandregale, Lampe und Abdunklungs-Rollo)
- Wohnküche (EBK), mit Cerankochfeld, Ofen, Geschirrspüler, mit Besteck, Geschirr, Pfannen und Töpfen
- Bad, mit Fenster, weiße Fließen und Dusche
- neuer heller Laminatboden in der ganzen Wohnung
- Balkon zum grünen ruhigen Innenhof
- inbegriffen sind Strom, Heizung, Wasser, Internet (kein Fernsehen)
- exkl. Kellerabteil

Wichtig ist mir:
- Nichtraucher, kein ständiges Homeoffice
- keine Tiere
- festes Arbeitnehmereinkommen bzw. Einkommen
- ordentlicher Umgang mit den Gegenständen in der Wohnung
- Menschen, die sich auch in Hinblick auf die Nachbarn im Haus an Ruhezeiten und Lärmbegrenzung halten

Dies ist kein Untermietangebot, sprich es kann keine Ummeldung (Hauptwohnsitz) per Mietvertrag stattfinden.
Bitte nur melden, wenn dies kein Problem darstellt. Daher eher geeignet für Menschen, die z.B. für ein Pflichtpraktikum oder für Zwischenmiete etwas in München suchen, oder kurzfristig woanders unterkommen müssen und woanders einen Hauptwohnsitz haben.

Bei beidseitigem Verlängerungswunsch über den vereinbarten Auszugstermin hinaus, ist auch ein längeres Zusammenleben möglich.
