There are countless supermarkets, bakers and everything else you need within a few minutes' walk.

The Westpark and the Nymphenburg Castle Park are also very close (perfect for walking or jogging).

Die Wohnung ist direkt am Laimer Platz.

Somit ist man mit der U-Bahn in 8 Minuten am Hauptbahnhof und in 10 Minuten am Odeonsplatz / Englischer Garten.
Zudem ist die S-Bahn ebenfalls nur ca. 7 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt (Stammstrecke) und kann einen sowohl in die Innenstadt, als auch zum Starnberger-See befördern.

Es gibt unzählige Supermärkte, Bäcker und alles, was man sonst so braucht innerhalb weniger Gehminuten.

Der Westpark und der Schlosspark Nymphenburg ist ebenfalls sehr nah (perfekt zum Spazieren oder Joggen).
