Apartment for sublet 01.02.27-15.04.27 Wohnung zur Untermiete 01.02.27-15.04.27

The apartment is on the belt, but goes out to the side street and the bedroom goes towards the courtyard, which makes it very quiet there. The situation is perfect. One is at the subway and tram station in 5 minutes and in 10 minutes in the Cottage district. There are plenty of shopping nearby.

If necessary, the move is also possible a few days earlier or only until the end of March. If there is interest, just write me here and introduce yourself a bit: I would need some proof of salary or financial support.
