Die Wohnung liegt mitten im belebten Herzen Berlins direkt am grünen Weinbergpark an der Grenze zu Prenzlauer Berg. Etliche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (top ausgestatteter Rewe), Bars, Kneipen, Restaurants, weitere kleine Parks, Tischtennisplatten, Spielplätze, wöchentlicher Markt sowie Obst- und Gemüseläden lassen sich hier schnell zu Fuß erreichen. Trotzdem ist dies eine ruhige Ecke zum leben und lädt nach dem Feierabend zum entspannen ein.
Die öffentliche Anbindung könnte nicht besser sein und quasi vor der Haustüre fährt die Tram M8 in 8 Min zum Hauptbahnhof oder die U-Bahn U8 vom Rosenthaler Platz zum Alexander Platz in 3 Min.

A number of shopping facilities (top-equipped Rewe), bars, pubs, restaurants, other small parks, table tennis tables, playgrounds, a weekly market and fruit and vegetable shops can be reached quickly on foot. Nevertheless, this is a quiet corner to live in and invites you to relax after work.
The public connection could not be better and the M8 tram runs to the main train station in 8 minutes or the U8 subway from Rosenthaler Platz to Alexander Platz in 3 minutes.
Those who prefer to walk can reach Hackerscher Markt and its shopping area in 10 minutes or Alexanderplatz in 20 minutes.
Furthermore, the great Kastanienallee and its individually furnished shops, the Mauerpark and its large flea market as well as a diverse weekly market on Kollwitzplatz & Arkonaplatz can be reached in just a few steps.
