Neu in Berlin. Ich bin aus Seattle so Englisch ist meine erste Sprache, aber ich lerne Deutsch. Ich habe in Berlin seit September gewohnt.
Looking for a longterm rental where an Anmeldung is possible, ideally in Kreuzberg or Prenzlauer Berg. I am 27 and work full-time at a well-known startup in Mitte. I am quiet and neat, I don't smoke or have any pets. I am very reliable, rents where I come from in Seattle are 4 times as high as here and I have never made a late payment. I'm open to subletting but would love to find something where lease takeover is eventually possible. Open to furnished and unfurnished, but am hoping to find somewhere with a full kitchen and washing machine already installed (I can buy-out if needed). Move-in date would be sometime in February.
