ich vermiete meine gemütliche 36m² 1-Zimmer-Wohnung am Rosenthaler Platz an verantwortungsbewusste Gäste.

Die Wohnung ist ideal für 1-2 Personen und flexible An- und Abreisetage sind möglich. Das Wohnzimmer/Schlafzimmer ist durch eine Schiebetür von der Küche (Pinkes Zimmer) getrennt. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, jedoch ohne Spülmaschine. Vorhänge werden noch angebracht.

Die Wohnung liegt in einer zentralen Straße, Supermärkte, Apotheke, DM und Rossmann sind zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Außerdem gibt es viele Restaurants, Cafés, Bars und Parks in der Nähe. Die U8 Rosenthaler Platz (4 min zu Fuß), S Hackescher Markt und S Oranienstraße sowie die U2 Rosa Luxemburg (jeweils 10 min zu Fuß) sind gut erreichbar. Zusätzlich gibt es eine gute Anbindung an Trams und Busse.

I'm renting out my cozy 36m² 1-room apartment near Rosenthaler Platz to responsible guests.

The apartment is ideal for 1-2 people, and flexible check-in and check-out dates are possible.

The living room/bedroom is separated from the kitchen (pink room) by a sliding door. The kitchen is fully equipped but does not have a dishwasher. Curtains will be installed soon.

The apartment is located on a central street, with supermarkets, a pharmacy, DM, and Rossmann all within a few minutes' walk. There are also many restaurants, cafes, bars, and parks nearby. The U8 Rosenthaler Platz (4 minutes on foot), S Hackescher Markt, and S Oranienstraße, as well as the U2 Rosa Luxemburg (each a 10-minute walk), are easily accessible. Additionally, there is good access to trams and buses.
