Ein kleiner Balkon lädt vor allem jetzt bei besserem Wetter zum verweilen ein. Die Straßenbahnhaltestelle „Am Bischofskreuz“ ist direkt vor der Türe. Genau so wie Supermärkte, Apotheke etc.

The Tram Station Am Bischofskreuz" is directly in front of the door. Just like supermarkets, pharmacy, etc.
The apartment is fully furnished, also iron, cooking utensils etc. are available. ATTENTION: A washing machine connection is not available. However, a laundromat is within walking distance.
The total rent of 680 Euros (for one Person) and 730 (for two) includes electricity, water, heating and internet costs. GEZ and Garbage Fee is extra. A safety fee of 1000€ will be held as a deposit until end of contract.
