Ich studiere selber an der TUM und suche für ein Auslandssemester einen Untermieter oder eine Untermieterin. Es handelt sich um eine 1-Zimmer Wohnung im Dachgeschoss mit schönen Blick auf das Feld. Die Wohnung ist möbliert, enthällt ein Bett (160cm) ein Schreibtisch, eine voll ausgestattete Küche (Herd und Kühlschrank). Im Keller gibt es noch eine Waschmaschine. Außerdem steht in der Wohnung noch ein Esstisch (platz für ca. 6 Leute) sowie eine Couch. Beides bietet einen schönen Blick auf ein Feld.
Dem Vermieter ist es wichtig, dass auf dem gesamten Gelände nicht geraucht wird. Daher ist die Wohnung für nichtraucher geignet.
Perfect for students in Garching
I am studying at TUM and am sub-renting my flat as I am leaving for a semester abroad. It is a 1-room apartment under the roof with a beautiful view into a field. The apartment is furnished, contains a bed (160cm), a desk, a fully equipped kitchen (stove and refrigerator). There is a washing machine in the basement. There is also a dining table (space for about 6 people) and a couch in the apartment. Both offer a beautiful view into a field.
It is important to the landlord that smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises. Therefore, the apartment is suitable for non-smokers.
In 5 min kann man zu Fuß zur Bushaltestelle in Dietersheim laufen. Von hier aus kommt man entweder nach Freising oder Garching. Die Uni ist mit dem Fahrrad 5min zu erreichen. Von hier aus kann man mit der U6 in 25min am Marienplatz sein. Es ist damit optimal für Studierende am Campus Garching
You can walk to the bus stop in Dietersheim in 5 minutes. From here you can get to either Freising or Garching. The university is 5 minutes away by bike. From here you can take the U6 to Marienplatz in 25 minutes. It is therefore ideal for students at the Garching campus
