Da ich ab September mein Praxissemester absolviere, möchte ich gerne für diese Zeit (September 2011 bis Ende Februar 2012) meine 1-Zimmer Wohnung in Gengenbach untervermieten.
Die Lage ist ideal für FH-Studenten am Standort Gengenbach, zu Fuß läuft man nämlich nur knapp 3 Minuten zur FH.
Die Wohnung hat ein kleines Tageslichtbad mit Dusche, außerdem eine Küchenzeile mit 2 Herdplatten. Ein kleiner Backofen und eine Mikrowelle sind vorhanden. Ich möchte die Wohnung komplett möbliert zwischenvermieten, d.h. es wäre alles vorhanden, z.B Teller, Töpfe etc...
Ich habe keinen festen DSL Vertrag hier, besitze aber einen Surfstick (der super funktioniert), den ich dir gerne für die Zeit überlassen kann (20€/ Monat).
Du solltest zuverlässig, sauber und ordentlich sein, außerdem einen Sinn für den Umgang mit fremden Sachen haben, da ich gerne meine Sachen wieder so vorfinden würde, wie ich sie dir überlasse ;) (aber ich denke, das versteht sich von selbst...)
Beim Zeitraum bin ich übrigens flexibel August wäre auch schon möglich, oder auch erst Oktober!

If you are an incoming interational student who is looking for a nice and affordable place, this is your chance! I am leaving Gengenbach for my work practice and I am looking for someone who needs a small flat from september 2011 to february 2012.
The flat is completely furnished so you don't need to buy anything here. There is a small bathroom and kitchen with everything you need like plates, cutlery etc...
I have a wireless usb modem, that you can use during your stay here - don't worry, it works pretty well!
The flat is very close to school, it's only a 3 minutes walk!
For me it is very important that you are a tidy person who appreciates other people's belongings so that I can find my stuff in the same condition as I left it ;)
