ich suche einen Nachmieter für meine Wohnung in der Loitzer Landstraße 5, ab Anfang / Mitte März 2014. Es handelt sich hierbei um eine 1-Raum Wohnung, im 3. OG. Die Wohnung ist ca. 35 m² groß und kostet warm 299,00 EUR. Die Vermietung läuft über eine Privatperson, welche einen Nachmieter mit festem Einkommen bevorzugt.
Sie verfügt über ein Bad mit Wanne & Fenster, eine extra Küche mit Gasherd, und eine große Stube an die ein großer Balkon angrenzt. Die Wohnung wird frisch gemalert übergeben.
Die Nachbarschaft ist sehr ruhig und besteht größtenteils aus älteren Leuten. Bahnhof und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig gut zu erreichen.
Ruft mich einfach an (bitte erst ab 17.00 Uhr, denn vorher bin ich auf Arbeit), schreibt eine SMS, oder Mailt mir, wenn ihr weitere Fragen habt, oder eine Besichtigung vereinbaren möchtet.
