Hello Everyone!
I'm Mami and I am renting out my student apartment from May 2024 to June 2024 because I am moving to Berlin. It is great for students who wants some personal space and being 5 min walk to literally everywhere.
General info about the apartment:
- Rent 330€, Deposit 400€
- Heating 40€,
- Internet 13€ (Shared among 3 people)
- It is fully furnished, but the furniture will be taken out at the end of May 2024.
- These are included: fridge, airfryer, microwave, cutlery, study desk (electric), 4 chairs, 1 table, and few more Ikea furniture.
The flat has 2 floors, which you can see in the images, there is a stair to go up.

-Bathroom
-Living room
Floor 2:
-Bedroom
If you are studying at THI, this location is best for you, at least until finding a long term place. You will walk 5 min to Uni, and 5 min to city center. No more missing classes!
Location is Sebastianstraße 7, 85049. You could easily take a look at google map images from the following link:

- 7 min walk to ZOB (Central Bus station)
- 5 min walk to THI
- 5 min walk to city center
- 5 min walk to REWE, and Norma
- 8 min walk to Edeka
There are plenty of bars around, and all of them are under 10min by walk.
