Da ich in eine neue Wohnung umziehe, suche ich eine/n Nachmieter/in für meine gemütliche Einzimmerwohnung mit Balkon und schöner Aussicht. (Warmmiete: 420 € + Strom)
Die Wohnung umfasst ca. 22 m2, einschließlich kleiner Kochnische, Bett und Stauraum.
In der Wohnung ist schon alles da:
- Bett (140 x 200 cm + Matratze)
- Schrank, Regal
- Schreibtisch + Bürostuhl
- Kochnische (2 Kochplatten, Spüle, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach)
- Privates Badezimmer (Dusche, Toilette, Waschbecken mit Spiegel)
- Waschmaschinen und Trockner (auf dem Dachboden)
Parkplatz und Fahrradkeller sind vorhanden.
Fenster und Balkon sind nach Süden zur Villa Kröckel und zum Stadtpark ausgerichtet/orientiert.

Furnished apartment in the downtown of Kaiserslautern with a balcony and a nice view (Rent incl. heating: 420 € + Electricity). The apartment is about 22 m2, including small kitchenette, bed and storage space.
In the apartment everything is already there:
- bed (140 x 200 cm + mattress)
- cabinet, shelf
- writing desk + chair
- wardrobe, shelf
- kitchenette (2 hotplates, sink, fridge with freezer)
- private bathroom (shower, toilet, sink and mirror)
- washing machines and dryer (in the loft)
Parking and bicycle cellar are available. Window and balcony face the south to Villa Kröckel and park.
Die Lage ist einfach perfekt. Man braucht nur 3 Minuten zu Fuß zu den lokalen Bussen, 10 Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof und weniger als 10 Minuten zum Stadtzentrum (K in Lautern).
Supermärkte (Aldi, Lidl, DM, Alnatura) sind in der Nähe und in 5-7 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wenn Du Fitness magst, kannst Du ein Fitnessstudio (High5) besuchen, das nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt ist.

The location is just perfect. It takes only 3 minutes walk to the local buses and 10 minutes to the main train station (Hauptbahnhof), and less than 10 minutes from the city center (K in Lautern).
Supermarkets (Aldi, Lidl, DM, Alnatura) are also close and are 5-7 minutes on foot. If you enjoy fitness, you can visit the a gym (High5) within a 10 minute walk.
