one room apartment

Da ich für ein paar Monate in mein Heimatland zurückkehre, miete ich meine Einzimmerwohnung.
In der Miete von 450 ist alles enthalten
Die Wohnung liegt im 3. Stock mit schöner Aussicht und glücklicherweise mit Aufzug. Es ist sehr wahrscheinlich, dass ich länger als drei Monate weg sein werde, aber denken wir mal über zwei Monate nach. Ich werde Ihnen aber auf jeden Fall einen Monat im Voraus mitteilen, dass Sie genügend Zeit haben, sich nach einem anderen Ort umzusehen. The apartment is on the 3rd floor with beautiful sight and luckily with Elevator. it is highly likely that i will be gone for more than 3 moths but for now let's consider it just for two months. but in any case i will let you know one month in advance that you have enough time to look for another place.
