Ich vermiete mein wunderschönes kleines, voll möbliertes Bungalow im Studentendorf direkt am Olympiapark! Weil es sich um ein Objekt des StuWerks handelt, dürfen leider nur studierende zur Zwischenmiete wohnen (allerdings ganz egal, wo diese immatrikuliert sind).
Voll möbliert, deshalb die Kaution. Dafür bekommt ihr aber auch einen der schönsten bungalow mit blick auf die Gasse ins Olympiadorf. (und nicht wie normalerweise mit Blick in das Schlafzimmer, des gegenüberliegenden Nachbarn ;) )
Da es so bald schon losgeht mit der Zwischenmiete zögert nicht und schreibt mir ne Mail, dann bekommt ihr einen Termin zur Besichtigung!

Am schönen Olympiapark, 2 gehminuten zur U Bahn.
Zur Zwischenmiete für saubere Studierende, direkt an der BMW Welt und dem Olympiapark.
Außerdem ist am Olympiadorf immer für Unterhaltung gesorgt. Wir haben eine eigene Bierstube (Lokal mit täglich wechselndem Aktionsgericht und Bier zu studentischen Preisen); eine Lounge und eine Disco!
