Looking for an Apartment until 30.09 (flexible), potentially longer

My name is Başak, I am studying at Technical University Munich as a MSc student, focusing on Physics. I have been in in Munich for approximately two years.

I am looking for a small apartment: The types of apartments I could rent would be simply furnished (e.g. including a bed, wardrobe, desk, chair) and would have its own private kitchen and private bathroom. If there is no washing machine inside the private living space, there should be one I would be able to use within the building. My upper limit is 1100€ per month, including all utility/ancillary costs such as electricity, water, heating, garbage collection, Internet/WLAN etc. If some of these costs are not included in the base rent, my upper limit would decrease accordingly. I plan to move in during May or in the beginning of June, according to the availability of the apartment. I would like to arrange for a viewing of the apartment before signing a rental contract.

I intend to live alone and am a rather quite person when it comes to living in an apartment, as I mainly spend my time at home either sleeping, cooking/eating or studying. I also clean rather regularly and will do my best to keep the house in pristine condition. I lived alone in my home country, abroad and in Munich; hence, I am used to taking care of the already existing equipment in the house/abiding by payment deadlines etc. I do not smoke, and I will not be keeping pets either.
