It is located in the Upper East Side area near 60th street on Lexington Avenue, close to Bloomingdales, major shops and transportation, walking distance to Central Park. Plenty of good restaurants on the block.
Very quiet and safe neighborhood.
This is a small pre war walk up building with only two other tenants. The studio is on the 4th floor. On call maintenance person available from 9-4. Camera intercom for additional safety.
Maximum two people. Staying at this Studio you will have a real New York experience.
Sorry no pets, no parties.
The apartment will be professionally cleaned before you stay.
